Compact Series, Vertic Series – High Pressure Check Valves

Check valves, also known as one-way valves, non-return valves, or single-flow valves allow fluid to flow in the direction of the arrow but do not allow fluid to flow in the opposite direction to that of the arrow.

Our non-return valves are piston-operated and ideal for instrumentation. In addition to not allowing the fluid to circulate in the opposite direction, they have a system that prevents the circuit from being unloaded. In other words, the fluid will not circulate in the direction of the arrow if it does not overcome the set pressure of the valve. Normally this pressure is set at 0.5 bar but it can be modified on request.

Check valves with free flow in one direction and block in the other to eliminate the effect of backpressure in the pneumatic and hydraulic circuits. Internally these valves are formed by an automatic closing system by spring piston.

Types of Compact Series, Vertic Series – High Pressure Check Valves

We manufacture different types of Compact Series, Vertic Series – High Pressure Check Valves:
  • 3000 series: for pressures up to 255 bar
  • 6000 series: for pressures up to 425 bar.
  • Vertic Series: Hexagonal body. Flat inner gasket design for high cycle circuits where a robust design is required. Pressure up to PN350 bar.
  • High pressure series up to 4140 bar with PEEK seat or ball check.
  • Full Bore series PN-100 with disc retention and O-ring and PTFE.

Benefits

Redfluid check valves are used in instrumentation, hydraulic or pneumatic application systems. These valves are characterized by allowing fluid to pass in one direction but not in the opposite direction.

The circuits are not designed to be able to accept a liquid backflow. Most valves can fail if used incorrectly and that is why the Redfluid check valve is a solution to prevent backflow— Using a piston a check valve prevents the fluid from going in one direction but not the other will avoid damaging the instruments in your installation.

Redfluid check valves are a reliable solution and are very easy to maintain. Requires no manual adjustment and returns to its original position when pressure is released.
