Custom instrumentation panels

Custom instrumentation panels integrating valves, fittings, manifolds, tubing and auxiliary instrumentation in a compact assembly tested before installation. Designed from your P&ID, drawing or technical specification for industrial applications, hydrogen, special gases, test benches and R&D. Materials and connections are selected for each application. Leak, hydrostatic, pneumatic and helium testing, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and technical documentation are available on request.

Needle Valves

Needle valves. Connections: NPT (ANSI B1.20.1), BSP or GAS Cylindrical (DIN 259 or ISO 7), SW (ANSI B16.11); BW, SW OD. Flanged or mixed. Materials: steel, brass, duplex, super duplex, Hastelloy, Monel, up to 4000 bar.

Compact Series, Vertic Series – High Pressure Check Valves

NPT, BSP, SW, BW, DIN male or female threaded connections, flanges and pipes up to 3″.

GAUGES NEEDLE VALVES

Needle taps for instrumentation protection. Pressure up to 400 bar. Vent plug and test bore versions available.

TWIN FERRULE FITTINGS

Tube double ferrule compression fittings. Different diameters in both inch and metric measurements. Interchangeable with Swagelok design.

Ball Valves

BSP, NPT, SW and BW connections. B16.5, EN1092 or SAE J1926 and DIN 2353 flanges. Anti Static and Fire Safe. Tested according to API 6D and API 598 Norms.

Ball valve

1 WAY, 2 WAY AND 3 WAY MANIFOLDS

From simple 1-way and 1-valve models to more complex 2-way and 5-valve models. Carbon steel and stainless steel. Pressure up to 426 bar and temperature up to 425 °C.

FITTINGS ASME B16.11 3000, 6000 y 9000 PSI

Manufactured in forged or rolled steel according to ANSI ASME B16.11 Norms. NPT threaded, BSP or SW welded connections.

SINGLE RING COMPRESSION FITTINGS (DIN 2353)

Single ferrule compression fittings according to DIN 2353 / DIN EN ISO 8434-1 Norms. For copper, brass, nylon or Teflon pipes. Male and female threads.

BRASS MINIFLUID SERIE VALVES

Budget friendly miniature needle valves for low and medium pressure. Suitable for oil and compressed air. Threaded and tube-tube connections up to 1/2″.

Minor Serie Valves

Needle valves for precise flow regulation. Given their high performance, they are suitable for control panels. Angle and straight versions. Male or female, tubing fittings or mixed connections.

High pressure drain plug with bleeder and Pressure Dampener

For manual draining, suitable for condensate and separation tanks. Screw or handwheel activation.

HIGH-PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION MANIFOLD

Custom-designed manifolds with integrated high-pressure distribution valves: outlets, connections and materials according to specifications.

CUSTOM MADE HOSES AND FLEXIBLE TUBES

Custom-made tubes, hoses and hydraulic hoses. Wide variety of fittings with different connections. High fatigue resistance.

Automatic Fittings (Push-in) and Quick Fittings (Push-on)

Automatic or push-in designs to attain safe closure on flexible tubes. NPT, BSPP, BSPT male and female threads, made of brass, carbon steel or stainless steel.

Quick Release Coupling

Quick couplings for hydraulic services, up to 300 bar. Easy to connect and disconnect with just one hand. Double sealing gasket and valve on both sides. Manufactured according to ISO 7241-B NPT or BSP Norms.

Pressure Vessels, Distributor, and Condensing Pots

With threaded sleeves according to NPT, ANSI B1.20.1 Norms or with welding sockets according to SW ANSI B16.11. PED 2014/68, ASME VIII Norms.

Threaded Fittings and Accessories

For hydraulic and pneumatic applications, up to 600 bar. BSP, Metric, NPT, Cone, JIC, SAE connectors. Manufactured in chrome plated brass, carbon steel and stainless steel.

U bolts and Clamps

Standard Series, Heavy Series, Instrumentation and DIN 3570. Manufactured in different materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, 904, etc.

CONNECTIONS AND FLANGES BW

ANSI B 16.5 and EN1092 flanges. BW SCH 40, 80 and 160 B16.9 and 1516.28 fittings.

Pneumatic and Electric Actuators

Electric actuators, limit switches, opening limiters and positioners. Single and double acting pneumatic actuators. Compatible with ball and needle valves. ISO 5211 connections.

Syphons

Instrumentation protection elements. Manufactured in seamless carbon or stainless steel. Diameters of 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″, with thicknesses according to ANSI B36.10 and B36.19 Norms. Pigtail and U Syphons.
