Needle valves are shut-off and regulating valves with a moving closure element, suitable for instrumentation panels and high-pressure circuits. They are available with different connection types and manufactured in a range of materials.
Materials: steel, brass, duplex, superduplex, Hastelloy, Monel, up to 4000 bar.
Choose the version that best suits your pressure requirements: Series 3000, 6000, 600 and 10000, flanged versions, and versions for high-temperature or cryogenic applications.

All our needle valves are individually tested according to API 598 and supplied with a 3.1 certificate. They also include a back-seating function, which allows the packing to be replaced while the circuit is in operation and extends the service life of the system.

Redfluid needle valves are designed to offer high performance. The closing by mobile obturation makes both the opening and the closing of the valve smooth, avoiding the seizure of the sealing seat.
100% of the valves are tested hydraulically and with helium according to API 598. Valves are also supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
The Back Seating function allows you to change the packing with the circuit operating. When the valve is fully open, this system also prevents fluid from coming into contact with the packing, extending its useful life and reducing maintenance costs.
