A hydraulic hose is a flexible pipe within the hydraulic environment with two terminals, one at each end. The terminals are generally metallic in carbon steel or stainless steel and can have many shapes and standards. There are hundreds of types of flexible hoses materials depending on pressure, temperature, and service fluid.
We have a wide range of fittings in all the usual shapes and threads and quick connection systems that adapt to hoses.

Depending on the requirements, the hoses can be made of rubber, 304 stainless, 316 stainless, PTFE with stainless steel outer mesh, polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Depending on the field of application, the hose is made of 2, 4, 6 or 8 coiled layers of high-strength wire. Materials used for the outer jacket include polyamide (PA), polyurethane (PUR), or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

We manufacture each flexible tube according to your needs much faster than you imagine. We need the following information to be able to send a budget and manufacture them:
Wide range of flexible tubes with hoses from different manufacturers.
Hose preparation, pressing and testing including cleaning before delivery.
Assembly of flexible tube fittings and other joining components by us, guaranteeing maximum tightness
Pressure tests up to 4000 bar with 2.5: 1 or 4: 1 safety factors.
Standard capping of hose ends.
